LET'S PUT IT ON THE TABLE.

Instead of Refuting the Facts and Evidence I presented (the message), you chose to come after me (the messenger) in an Effort to Muddy the Waters. To distract people. You chose to dredge up something that happened in 2003-2004 (two decades ago); something that wasn't even a crime (See Prabhu case already decided by the Federal Court in Nevada).

So let's talk about what really happened. When the Federal Government and Big Pharma joined together to attack me; a Physician seeking to cut through the lies of Big Pharma and the harm caused to patients resulting from the profit Big Pharma made by over radiating people. An approach that not only over radiated people but misdiagnosed people with the most serious heart disease. The result of decades of deception and lies that patients needed two doses of radiation instead of one. In addition to the profit to be made by a company selling soy-chips for weight loss. A study set up by two Big Food companies (Revival Soy and Revlon) to make money by selling people on the idea that eating their soy chips would help you lose weight. A study I conducted and the Office of Research Integrity (ORI) reviewed and said there was nothing about the data that appeared made up. Research the ORI had no idea of why the FBI would have an issue with. The same FBI that has since been so frequently exposed for lying and hiding evidence. A study that the Expert witness who interrogated the research study said the data was innocent.

In short, the Judge, Prosecutors and Public Defender lied, hid evidence (Prosecutorial Misconduct) from the Jury and Expert Witnesses - absolute Brady Violations. That same Judge specifically said (and it's recorded and made available here on this website) the jury didn't need to know the truth and the wool could be pulled over their eyes. The Public Defender focused on defending his actions that would have exposed the TRUTH and turned him into a witness defending himself.

Efforts to expose the lies; judicial, prosecutorial and attorney misconduct; were blocked by the Nebraska Bar Association following the Judge blocking the investigation.

You thought I would go quietly into the good night and not speak out against the crimes being committed by the US Government, the Judicial System, Big Pharma and others. You thought the pain and suffering I endured would drive me underground or at least make people doubt my word.

YOU WERE WRONG! SO LET'S PUT IT ON THE TABLE, IN THE LIGHT OF DAY WHERE YOUR LIES CAN BE SEEN AND THE TRUTH I AM TELLING SHINES THROUGH THIS DARKNESS.
